RenHub values customer privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when customers submit a quotation request, contact us through WhatsApp, use our website, or interact with our services.
We may collect information submitted by customers, including name, WhatsApp number, email address, vehicle registration number, vehicle type, NRIC or identification information, postcode, quotation request details, payment preference and conversation details required for insurance, takaful, roadtax or renewal follow-up.
We may share necessary information with insurance/takaful providers, roadtax or renewal service partners, payment or instalment providers, and internal staff who need the information to process the enquiry. We do not sell customer personal information.
When customers click WhatsApp links or send information via WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta terms and privacy practices. If Google Review, analytics, payment, BNPL or other plugins are used, those services may process limited technical or interaction data according to their own policies.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for quotation follow-up, service records, legal, accounting, operational or customer support purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect customer information. However, no online system or communication channel can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information by contacting RenHub. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting or service record purposes.
