These Terms & Conditions apply when customers use the RenHub website, submit a quotation request, contact RenHub through WhatsApp, or request assistance for insurance, takaful, roadtax, BNPL, instalment or vehicle-related services.

1. Quotation and Renewal Enquiries

Information shown on the website is for general enquiry and customer support. Final premium, roadtax amount, coverage, discount, add-ons, payment approval and activation are subject to verification, vehicle details, underwriting, provider approval and applicable terms.

2. RM100 Off Promotion

Any RM100 Off or promotional offer is subject to campaign eligibility, availability, provider terms and RenHub confirmation. RenHub may update, pause or end promotions when necessary.

3. Payment Options

Payment options may include BNPL, online banking, debit/credit card, cash or instalment plans where available. BNPL and instalment options are subject to provider approval, eligibility checks, fees, repayment terms and customer acceptance of the payment provider’s terms.

4. No Hidden Fees Statement

RenHub aims to communicate charges clearly before customers proceed. Any government fees, provider charges, payment provider fees, add-ons, service charges or delivery charges will be explained where applicable before confirmation.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Customers are responsible for checking quotation details, vehicle details, coverage, payment amount and renewal information before making payment.
  • Incorrect information may delay quotation, renewal, roadtax or policy activation.

6. Insurance Activation

“Insurans aktif segera” means activation may be processed quickly after requirements are completed, but exact timing depends on complete information, payment confirmation, provider processing and system availability.

7. Website and WhatsApp Communication

Submitting the quotation form opens WhatsApp with formatted information. Customers agree that RenHub may use WhatsApp, phone or email to follow up on the enquiry.

8. Limitation

RenHub will make reasonable efforts to support customers, but is not responsible for delays or decisions caused by insurers, takaful operators, payment providers, roadtax systems, third-party platforms or incorrect customer information.

9. Updates

RenHub may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means the customer accepts the updated terms.
